Design and installation oversight of a clean agent fire suppression system for the Columbus County 911 Communications Center, a mission-critical facility responsible for countywide emergency dispatch operations. The scope included design of a new 911 call center with a clean agent system to protect sensitive electronic and communications equipment.

The existing unit serving the courtroom was located in the attic with restricted access and had numerous compressor issues. Heat loss/gain calculations were done and a new 15-ton roof-top packaged water source heat pump was mounted on the roof with structural reinforcement designed to support the new unit.

Complete HVAC system overhaul for a multi-floor facility. Two new 15-ton horizontal air handling units installed on exterior structural steel platforms for the gymnasium. Five existing fan-coil units replaced on the first floor. A new DDC control system designed for all new HVAC systems.

Interior renovation and MEP system upgrades for the Orange County Human Services building, improving occupant comfort and energy efficiency while maintaining operations.

HVAC system upgrade for the Orange County Motor Pool facility, improving climate control and ventilation for vehicle maintenance areas.

Electrical design for outdoor tennis court lighting at the Triangle SportsPlex, providing energy-efficient LED illumination for evening play.
